Register of Medicinal Products

Polish Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products
The Register of Medicinal Products is a tool that allows the Office to manage authorizations for placing medicinal products on the market, and then easily provide patients with information about them.
Problem:
A manufacturer of medicinal products must obtain an authorization to place the pharmaceutical on the market. To do this, it submits an application to the Office. Until now, however, there was no tool to manage authorizations and connect the Office’s database with the product search engine available to patients.
Solution:
The problem was solved by a platform that allows the Office’s employees to enter data on medicinal products and then manage them. Each product that is included in the database and receives the necessary approval automatically goes to the search engine available to patients, based on its engine.
Register of Medical Assistants

The register allows to verify doctors’ competences to appoint medical assistants, and then to appoint professionals to write out sick leaves, referrals or issue e-prescriptions.
Problem:
Medical assistants are a relatively new professional group within the health service. They can now help doctors and write out on their behalf sick leaves, prescriptions and referrals. However, this requires them to obtain the appropriate authorization. Up until now, there was no system that would allow doctors to delegate this type of tasks.
Solution:
The Register of Medical Assistants is a platform that allows doctors to confirm their competences and then indicate a person authorized by them to issue referrals, sick leaves or e-prescriptions on their behalf. The platform is a response to legislative changes in the healthcare, which are aimed at further digitization of this sector.
Residencies Information System

Polish Ministry of Health The Residencies Information System is a comprehensive system by SEDIVIO that allows medical units to account for the work of residents and, as a result, receive financing from the Ministry of Health.
Problem:
Lack of platform that would allow the settlement of residential contracts by the Ministry of Health for hospitals.
Solution:
The problem of the need for comprehensive communication between hospitals and the Ministry of Health has been solved by a tool that enables free and organized flow of information. This in turn facilitates, among others, managing the budget allocated by the Ministry of Health for residencies. Thanks to the efficient process of contract circulation in the system and their approval through electronic signature, it was also possible to shorten the time of concluding these contracts

The register allows to verify doctors’ competences to appoint medical assistants, and then to appoint professionals to write out sick leaves, referrals or issue e-prescriptions.
Problem:
One of the most complicated tasks faced by the “Poltransplant” center is connecting potential donors with recipients based on HLA antigens. Additionally, it was necessary to maintain high confidentiality of data.
Solution:
Analysis of the problem allowed for the construction of the Central Register of Unrelated Potential Donors of Marrow and Cord Blood – a system that allows recipients and donors to be registered and matched into pairs thanks to an advanced algorithm, and makes it possible to run comprehensive data management.
eGate

eGate is a comprehensive platform for submitting applications in the health system that provides services to other platforms in the field of electronic signatures and generating notices for document circulation.
Problem:
So far, there has not been a single system that would allow for the integration of multiple platforms for submitting applications in public health (in some cases also with an electronic signature and the need to issue a submission notice).
Solution:
eGate allowed individual platforms to be integrated with each other. If it is required to submit an electronic signature on the application, this is done through the eGate system. It also allows to generate document delivery notices.
Phibox

Phibox is a product that makes the monotonous children’s physiotherapy and motor development fun. The technological solutions make the device easy and pleasant to use both in a physiotherapy practice and at home.
Problem:
Many experts working with children’s physiotherapy and motor skills find it difficult to maintain a young patient’s concentration in the long term. The goal set by the Phibox team is to combine exercises with creative fun thanks to innovative technological solutions.
Solution:
Phibox START! is a device intended for use by specialists in everyday work. It allows for a variety of therapy or development exercises to increase the level of child’s involvement. It offers a set of mini-games controlled by the child’s movements during exercises. Phibox@Home is an extended version of PhiboxSTART!, intended for self-therapy and home exercises. The device verifies the correctness of the exercises performed by the child. It allows you to adjust the rehabilitation or development program to the individual capabilities of the patient. The key element from the user’s point of view is a fascinating role-playing game with a properly selected theme and pace.
