In line with the strategic document that we published last week, our team is enlarged by a Chief Financial Officer responsible for the finance area of not only our company, but also TECH MED HOUSE. This function will be performed by Karol Matczak.
The tasks of the new CFO will also include handling investor relations on behalf of our company, including relations with investment funds. Karol Matczak will also, along with other members of the management board, lead the further strategic development of EC2.
Karol Matczak is an active stock exchange investor. He has higher technical (Warsaw University of Technology) and financial (Warsaw School of Economics) education.
For over 10 years he was associated with the capital market – during this period he held specialist and managerial positions in leading institutions in Poland – Brokerage House at Bank Ochrony Środowiska, Citibank and mBank.
He has licenses of a securities broker, investment advisor, as well as international CFA, CIIA and PRM certificates. He conducts classes for students of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics.
Karol Matczak is also the chairman of the supervisory board of Phibox S.A.
